The need expressed in the project profiling: medical challenge of a platform specification before the technological development to establish a medical strategy (non-medical founding team and no medical expert at the time of contact).
The medical expert: Head of department in geriatrics >10 years of clinical and management experience in private hospitals.
The mission in 3 steps:
- 1 time for the medical expert to get acquainted with the deck and specifications
- 1 face-to-face meeting with the client company/founding team
- 1 writing time: deliverable medical strategy of the technological platform
